iphone 4s..problem

i have a jailbroken iphone 4s on ios 5.0.1 ..but i did some deletions in filesystem using i file so the device is in recovery and i can also enter dfu... but i do not want to restore it to ios 5.1 .
i want to restore it again to ios 5.0.1

by luck i had saved shsh blobs through tiny umbrella and sauriks server too... now when i launch tss server or edit hosts .. while on tss itunes gives errors like 11 , 21 sometimes 1604 , 1600 and with sauriks server aftr editin hosts errors 3001,3004..

now i just wanna restore the device to ios 5.0.1 as also it has never been updated to ios 5.1 neither i want to..
is there ANYTHIN that can be done to restore it to ios 5.0.1 ???
any help will be appreciated..........

I think you are SOL. Anyway to get back to ifile/trashcan to put back the files you deleted? As of now the A5 only has a jb for 5.01.

Can you boot in safe mode? If so iFile trash is in /var/mobile/library/ifile
