So I eventually got my iPhone 4S replaced due to the continuous crashing but I remember when I loaded the "Memory" app from the app store it showed the CPU as 800mHz and the RAM as 504MB...NOT 512MB. I figure this might be due to rounding like what they do with hard drives but when I looked at this app on the NEW iPhone 4S I got, it showed 505MB RAM.
It is so strange, you would think they would be equal. If anyone else has this app, can you chime in and give some feedback for why there is a difference or what you see on yours?
