iPhone 4s rear glass panel replacement

I totally dropped my iPhone 4S this morning. I'm lucky it landed on its back. Everything still works, but the rear panel is shattered.

Replacing these is pretty easy from what I've seen on YouTube. My question is, can anyone recommend a good source for the part? (And the special little screwdriver?)
