[iPhone 4S] Recently Added gone completely retarded

It used to work fine but now, instead of just adding the songs that were added in the last 2 days, it adds any song that I modify (change name, album cover ,etc). On iTunes it shows up fine with only the actual songs that are new but on my phone it is ALL the songs that were ever modified in the last 2 days.

Help??
