iPhone 4S replacement

I just want to make a post to say that the staff in the Glasgow Buchanan St store could not be friendlier! My bottom speaker on my launch day iPhone 4S went wonky yesterday and I have no clue what happened. Got a cancellation at the store and honestly I have never experienced customer service like it. Ian the guy there came over looked at my phone could not apologise enough had a new replacement in my hand in the time it took him to get on from the stock room! I was dreading going in on the iPad release date thinking they would be far too busy, but the guy took the time to take the new one, update it to iOS 5.1 to sync iCloud and make sure that it was all go before I left and as it was restoring generally bantering about the new iPad and how the launch went. One of the other guys came over and the atmosphere could not be more welcoming! Apple you know what people want! Sorry this sounds like a fanboy love story but honestly people need to know they will do what they can and not patronising, did not get a have u dropped it, what have u done, just a Il get u a new one!
