So I went to this site --> http://www.mac2sell.net/ipod/ and priced my iPhone 4S 16GB and it said It's still worth $270. Is that even remotely accurate? I doubt I could get more than $150 for it off Kijiji. I want to upgrade to the 6 but would like to sell my 4S to offset the upgrade cost. I'm in Canada on Fido so I'm also going to use my "Fido dollars" towards the new phone and I have $175 of that. Any thoughts?

iPhone 4S resale value. How much?

I recently sold my iPhone 4 for $199 so I'd guess the 4S if it's in mint condition and unlocked & with original box is worth $250. EBay is a good gauge on what people are willing to pay.
Well I do have the box, USB charger and wall plug. And the phone is in mint condition with screen protectors on the front and back. If I could get $200 that'd be awesome.
