Iphone 4S Restarting with IOS7?

I have 2 Iphones 4S and they both have restarted a few times when doing any dumb tasks. For example, I was scrolling through my mail list or scrolling down on safari, suddenly I get the apple screen for 5 seconds then my lock screen again... Anyone else experiencing this and anyone know why?

Same thing on my 4S

My 4S just went straight to recovery mode and i cant get it out of it!
