Iphone 4s restore issues, please help!

I have an at&t iphone 4s that was unlocked with gevey ultra s for tmobile and jail broken with absinthe. It is running on 5.1.1. I had the phone for about a month with no issues, until one day I accidentally let the phone's battery die. Now it freezes every time it turns on and just keeps rebooting and freezing. If I power up the phone with the volume up button, I can access the phone so I can still play music and do simple tasks on the phone, but if i go on safari it will freeze. So i tried restoring it back to 5.1.1 and got error 3194, I fixed that error by running tiny umbrella while restoring but then I came across error 1600. I have tried alot of things but still havent been able for itunes to accept the restore, so I keep getting the error 1600. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! THANKS!
