we have bought 2 new iphone 4s in thailand...they wont connect to itunes and we want to restore it back to factory settings and we also dont know the passwords to do it can anyone tell us how we can do it thanks..

Are these real Iphones? if they do, when you connect them to Itunes, they will connect.

Password protection is another issue. So, make sure you verify whether these are real Iphone 4s first, because if they aren't, you can't even restore with Apple firmware.
