iPhone Iphone 4S Restore

Hi everyone
I jailbroke an iPhone 4s with absinth
After rebooting all my icons are gone
So I figured I'd restore
I downloaded ipsw from felixbruins
I put in recovery and tried to restore a 5.1.1. got a 3194 error
I am using Windows 7 64 bit
any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately you cant re-restore to 5.1.1 until the new redsnow comes out. And that's only if you have full blobs (shsh hash and apticket). There is no telling when it will be released.

If you upgrade to 6.0 you will NOT be able to downgrade back to 5.1.1 (or any iOS5 firmware).

Do you have full blobs? Do you have a spare phone that you could use until the new redsnow comes out? If jailbreaking isn't important to you, you could always restore to 6.0.

Edit: who/what is felixbruins? I only download my IPSW files from iClarified.

Also is there any way to re jailbreak?
My issue is that I'm missing all the icons.

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold both the home button and power button until the screen shuts off. Keeping holding until you see the apple logo appear and then let go. Ignore the slide to power off screen. That will turn off automatically so long as you keep holding both buttons.

Been downloading my firmwares from there for years and it is very trustworthy and reliable :)

Also, to the redsnow update MuscleNerd (One of the developers) tweeted that it "should be out by the end of the day" but that was on Monday lol. So I'm guessing the wait shouldn't be much longer.

Sorry man. That sucks. So you jailbroke your phone and now you have no icons even after rebooting the phone? Very strange. Looks like you're in line for a restore. Unless someone else has some advice. Sorry I couldn't help.

Edit: On Monday MuscleNerd responded to soneone on Twitter and he told this person that redsnow should be out by the end of the day. And that was on Monday. Odds are, but don't quote me, redsnow should be out really soon. If you are desperate for a jailbreak I'd hang in there until redsnow comes out then re-restore to 5.1.1 and jailbreak again. In the meantime maybe someone will know how to get your icons back. It almost sounds like when you first opened cydia and it created the new file system something messed up big time. I've never experienced such a thing.

When cydia was creating the file system did you accidentally close cydia or interrupt it in any way? Did you notice anything weird? Although it sucks to not have a phone, you'll be grateful that you waited for the new redsnow so you could restore to 5.1.1. Nothing's worse than jumping the gun and upgrading. A new jailbreak will definitely be months before its out. Hell maybe never. There's just no telling. Good luck man.

Full blob?
How do I get that I used tiny umbrella. And was able to save shah
The phone powers in and boots up its just its has no settings icon no Cydia
It has newsstand videos folder weather stock etc
how can I get that and what alternative would you suggest?
