iPhone 4S' screen flickers after lock/unlock?

Hello guys ,
Since today I mentioned that my screen is flickering after unlock/lock the phone- it just turns pastel green entirely for less than second and then become to normal. This is happening only in very bright ambient conditions and NEVER when I am inside my house.
Tried to turn off AutoBrightness but this didn't resolve my problem.
What could causing this?

My iPod touch 4G does the same thing but with a white flicker when I press either the power or home button to turn it on. After doing it a couple of times it disappears and wont do it again for a while.

My 3GS does this at times. I'm jb'd and have remaining memory in my upper menu bar at all times, I notice it happens when my memory is low more so than when it's higher. Don't know if it's any correlation though.

I also thought it is because of the JB, but really don't have time to restore it as new and to find it out...

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. You have found a solution or cause?

No, it's a hardware issue, but it doesn't bother me anymore.
