iPhone 4S screen going crazy

Approximately two months ago my iPhone screen started going crazy. From the home screen it's as if you trying to search for something and some apps are activated. Also trying to type is near impossible. This happens around twice a week.

Has anyone experienced something like this. I have thought of replacing the digitizer but have doubts whether it will fix the issue.

When This happened to me, I found out it was being caused by a crappy third party charger. Literally, when it was plugged in it would freak out and start randomly activating search and opening apps. Switched to an apple charger and it stopped.

Yes I have tried it already.

Only been using an Apple charger.
