iPhone 4S Screen Replacement

I have a question. Can a iPhone 4 screen be used to replace the screen on a iPhone 4S? Is there any difference in screens?

Actually the screen appears to be the one from the original GSM iPhone, according to the iFixIt teardown:

While most of the 4S has resembled the CDMA iPhone 4, the display assembly appears to be the same as the one found in the GSM version.

Apparently not. iFixIt is now saying that the mounting tabs don't match either the GSM or the CDMA iPhone 4, it's a different screen.
