iPhone 4S Service Sucks

As much as I love my iPhone, does anyone else agree that it seems to lose service a lot. I have Verizon and live around the San Francisco area and I always seem to lose 3G and go to that degree symbol indicator.

i get it randomly, i flip my sbsettings data on and off, or just reset and i'm usually good to go.

Here's a trick for Verizon users: call *228, then follow instructions for option 2. It's a small cheat that surely not everyone knows about . This will improve cell tower reception, and update roaming capability.

Sounds like you are using the wrong service provider because i have no issue at all here. I use 2 different carriers daily 1 for the iphone 4 and the other for the iphone 4S.

There's a couple spots on my way home where I briefly lose service (for about 30 seconds or so). Once I'm out of those areas it's usually fine. It really does all depend on your carrier and your location. My 4S gets no worse service than hubby's 4 or my previous 3GS did.

The 4S service is fine, it's the provider in your location that sucks. That's a big difference
