Iphone 4s Slow DOWN so much. HELP ME

I have an Iphone4s 64gb (20GB remains FREE)
Today it suddenly very slow or almost hang When i deleted OneClick VPN profile as Trail period was completed after that it get v.slow and almost hang my iphone 4s M very upset will any body help me. its ok in Safe mode but hang even there but a bit faster then normal mode plz plz plz plz help meeeee friendssss
I deleted Vpn One app from ifun box i think its not completely deleted as i can not able to install it via ifun nor from iphone app store. During downloading/installation its gives error

Thanks Man just fixed it by resetting and then deleting Dreamboard
