iPhone iphone 4s sounding problem with plantronic 510

I have two bluetooth headsets plantronic 510 and motorola s305,everytime I tried to talk with these bluetooth headsets then people in the other end barely hear me, or they can't hear me well, but I disconnect the headset then people other end said the sound is clear not, anyone has the same problem and how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
