iPhone 4S speaker buzzing.

When I hold the bottom of the phone to my ears, I hear the speakers buzzing; is this normal?

Anyone else having this issue?
 
Most likely a fluked speaker, just clean it if it's dirty and take it to the Apple store, they will be glad to replace or fix it.
 
I hear this after I'm using the speaker then I stop and put it to my ear but after a few seconds it goes away.
