iPhone 4S speaker/vibration a upgrade from the 4?

Anybody notice how this thing can crank up really loud? Also it vibrates hell of a lot more than my 4 at least thats what it seems like

My 4S vibrates a lot less than my old 4. Its very annoying. I often dont notice it now :/

I was speaking about this to my other half the other day. I have noticed its alot louder. I am rocking a bumper for the 4s though hmmmm

Wow maybe it's got just a better iPod/music ouput somehow?

because its not just the speaker I put my hi quality cans on and this thing is night and day from my iPhone 4 it is jamming
