iPhone 4s STOCK updated to 5.1.1 camera roll went blank?

I have a 4s 32gb factory not jailbroken or anything, updated through the phone from 5.0 to 5.1.1 and my camera roll is completely blank but photo stream has pics in it, everything was set to back up what happened?

ironic, i jail broke my phone and everything came back lol
