Hello - like a few I have seen here I am giving my 5 to my wife ( she has 4s now ) and will receive my 5s today ( yay )

I think mine is pretty simple as I've done it for all phones..

But since the sims are different...is there a step I need to take rather then just backing hers up....and setting up as new phone from her backup? ( did I say that right lol )

Thanks in advance for your help...

You just need to trim her micro sim to nano sim size

Alternatively, I believe you can take the sim that is included with your new 5s and have her number switched to that sim card since you will be using your nano sim from the 5.

thanks

Thanks, I was thinking the same..

I wonder if I have to call AT&T or if I can do this online. I may just go to AT&T and chat. thanks for your help.

Call AT&T anyway, since the SIM in the 4s isn't provisioned for LTE and the account will need to be updated.
