iPhone 4S to iPhone 6+ Help

Today is the day I'm going to finally upgrade my trusty iPhone 4S to iPhone 6 Plus.

My question is, any other features of iOS 7 or 8 that i need to brush up on?
I have read up on AirDrop, ApplePay and Health Kit, any other iOS features that were/are available for iPhone 5/5S/6/6+ users that i have been missing because i've been with 4S for 3 years?
