iPhone 4S - Transfer Received Memo to Mac

My friend sent me a Memo and I would like to transfer it to my Mac. How should I go about doing this? I've tried apps like DiskAid and iExplorer but they can't see the Memo. I received the memo as a text message. Thanks.
