Does the new iphone 4s support HSPA+? as far as i am aware only three support HSPA+ the rest support HSDPA

Will you get a "H" symbol if your on a HSDPA network?

tried sharing my iphone 4's network conection a few times, its been horrible for anything other than basic web browsing.

I don't know the terms for it HSPA/HSDPA, but if your network has 14.4Mbit download speeds then you can use those faster speeds.

I see you are in the UK and from my research the only 2 networks that have those faster speeds are 3 Mobile and Vodafone, and from what I understand Voda only has them in the major cities/towns, whereas 3 is going to eventually push it to most/all of it's network.

afsik the other networks only top out at 7.2Mbit.

as for the symbol it will only show 3G regardless if you are on 3.6, 7.2 or 14.4Mbit networks.
