Hi I need help from someone who works in an Apple Store. My boss has just picked up 3 iPhone 4s from the Apple Store in Miami Dadeland. Full price of $649 per phone was paid as we require them unlocked for use in another country. The sales rep told them they were unlocked and sent him on his way.
He has just emailed me the receipts which all say iPhone 4s 16GB white ATT - the blurb says it's on AT&T. But we paid full price? Will the phones be unlocked or do they need returning. I phoned the store who were very busy and the guy said it's a new system and thats how they are selling them now and they are unlocked.
