iphone 4s update to3ios 5.1 ,good idea?

I just bought a new iphone4s ,I am on ios 5.0.1 ;going by the comments of our forum people ios 5.1 doesn't sound good..

5.1 doesn't add much and you can jailbreak on 5.01

Can you please justify your comment because I read that 5.1 kills the battery,isn't it?

where'd you read that? Macrumors? Where everyone is overly-paranoid about EVERYTHING? Don't you think that if it were widespread and true that other media outlets would cover it just as they did the "warm" iPads and other non-issues?

Just do it. Millions of people have done it without issue. Or don't... it's whatever you want.
