iphone 4s upgrade push?

I have verizon, and my upgrade is due at oct-23rd, which is in 8 days starting tomorrow. Since this was the reason I could not pre-order my iPhone

Do you think they will push 8 days? also will there be any walk ins?

I've been able to get almost every iPhone ahead of "upgrade" date since the first one. I'm sure they'll make u sign new contract. I am with AT&T though, not sure on Verizon.

I tried that when the iPhone 4 came out and was told no trying to do it about 15 days early. I have read other people saying that it worked for them - give it a try.

Really? If it was that important to you, then you would have taken care of this Monday, not the day the phone is coming out.

yaaaa i know, i know, does anybody here have experience on pushing 8 or more days for verizon? or other carriers?
