iPhone 4S - Verizon dual browsing / talking

Does anyone think Verizon will allow / fix the ability to browse and talk using the iPhone 4S since that's a huge feature they lack?

nope I don't think they can fix it to work on their current 3g network.

but surfing and talking does work on wifi and LTE though.

EVDO Rev. B supports simultaneous voice & data, but as far as I know only the HTC Thunderbolt supports it.
