iPhone 4s Verizon iMessage mms issue

I have had my iphone4s verizon since December. Last month my iMessage mms stop working saying iMessage mms not delivered. I can send as a text message and works fine. Also iMessage mms works to some people but before it worked for everyone that had ios 5.0.1 not only some.
