Some girl sold my an Verizon iPhone 4s 64 gb iOS 6.1.1, so I went to unlocked so I can be able to activate with another company. They disblocked it but they said that it was reported as stolen and they told me that I can't use it with any company on the USA, but I want to know that if I take it to Mexico It can be use with a company from over there.

And no you cant Unlock or use a verizon iPhone 4S in Mexico since its locked to VERIZON. Might as well return it from where you got it from.
