Here's my test using the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPhone 4S. The video has been uploaded to 1080p to get the best results. Only problem was that the iPhone 3GS didn't sync well when comparing shots. But I think I got the point across.
Video took an hour and a half to upload for only being 2 minutes

It always does, AFAICT there is no way to turn it off. But it does seem to work fairly well.

It does, but thanks for clarify. I spent sometime trying to find the setting for it in case if it was turned off at default

Nice work Ron. I didn't realize just how much of an improvement there was between the video side of the 4 and the 4s. I was a little surprised about that, huge upgrade!

That is impressive. As a professional photographer, I have to say I am quite impressed by the camera capabilities I have seen so far. This in of itself may change the playing field quite a bit. There have been many times I wish I didn't have to lug my DSLR around for family outings. By having an "all in one" that is more than capable for day to day stuff really is a big deal. In one move they put still and video camera companies on notice. This phone in one step has obsoleted my camcorder, and my small point and shoot. Hell it relegated my 5D MK II to mostly artistic and work shoots.

Nice comparison. The 4s definitely has the most detail. A very impressive camera for a phone. Must... resist.....
