iPhone 4S Wifi (cannot connect)

Suddenly my 4S stopped connecting on any wifi spot.... i am out of warranty and on the Service they told me to pay 100 dollars for a refurbished one... there is no a software fix.... i did clean restore and it didnt fix the problem :(:(
