iPhone 4s wifi default at home

Can I set the 4s to use wifi when at home by default? Or can I set wifi as default and be asked if 3G should be used?

You can do as you wish but YOU will have to do it as there is not auto setting to switch from 3G to WiFi automatically.

If you leave WiFi turned on your phone will use your home WiFi when it is available but will STILL use some data.

I leave wifi on in settings and my phone uses wifi when I'm home or if it picks up signal. It will switch to 3G when I'm not home.

Same here. Automatically picks up my network at home when I get there, otherwise it's 3G. I turned off the Ask to Join Networks so it's not always popping up.
