iPhone 4S Wifi issue

I have a iphone 4S 5.1.1 OS. at home WIFI works perfect.. at work, sometimes the WIFI connects and other times, settings shows it connected but I only see the 3G icon. What is causing this?

i'm kind of having the same issue. wifi speeds on my 4s have been terrible. I check speeds on my air and it simply destroys it. I have no idea whats going on.

I fixed my issue.. it was a setting in my Radius server and my firewall. its all working very nice...
