Iphone 4s with ios7, all important icons disappeared

It works perfect last night then suddenly when i click an icon it will become white with black lines at the app will not launch. , i restart my phone then i had a hard time with passcode lock because it freeze. Then when i successfully pass through it, almost all icons in my phone disappeared. Message, settings, camera , photos, safari, all gone except the phone(call) icon. Please help

Had you attempted to install a beta of iOS 7.1?
