iPhone 4s won't completely boot up! Help?

So this weekend my iPhone 4s is jailbroken iwas installing something in cydia top but then I hit respring and got stuck on the respring load screen I would hard reboot but eventually had to go to dfu mode and restore. Today I rejailbroke and then in cydia I was downloading and finished running everything but a "respring" or "return to cydia" button never appeared and was taking years long to load so I just rebooted but now it won't fully turn on. It will bring up the boot logo but it won't fully turn on it will just sit there on the apple boot logo. Help!?

It looks like the only solution is to do another DFU restore.

where are u downloading things on cydia... some repos screw u over hard...
sometimes during a respring u have to be patient. by all means, install sbsettings so u can at least enter safe mode.
