I just bought a time capsule and figured out how to disable my 2wire wireless and have my time capsule network up. The only problem is that now my iPhone 4s (upgraded to IOS6) won't connect to my home network.

My Ipad & Macbook Air do however.
My Iphone sees the network, but when I try to connect it always says that it is an incorrect password.

I went through all the threads I could find regarding this issue and tried the methods:
~Change the 2.4Ghz to manual & locked it to 11 (also tried 1 & 6)
~Tried to connect using "other network" and entering in my SSID & password
~I tried to change SSID to a name without spaces
~I tried to put a $ in front of my password when entering it into the iphone
~I tried to put "" around my password when entering it into the iPhone
~Changed radio mod to a/n - b/g manual

Oh, and after each new change on the time capsule I went ahead and unplugged my modem & time capsule, and erased network settings on my iphone - then restarted them all.

After reading some thread "solutions," I noticed that I don't even have the options available to pick that they suggested. I'm assuming it was an older version that they were referring to.

Right now here are my settings and options available (attached screen shots)
