the top 1/2 of my iPhone 4S was placed into a cup of water for 3-5 mins, while plugged into my car phone charger, which was powered up. In iCloud, I see most things such as calendar, email, etc. I do not see photos or imessages.
I need to know if there is a way or software I can buy that will help me restore the pictures and imessages from the phone that won't turn on to at least my mac or ipad until I can get my new iPhone.

Did you have photostream turned on. If so, open iPhoto on your Mac and view them there. Not sure about your text messages.
