iPhone 4S YouTube problem (cannot publish ___ to YouTube)

every time I try to upload anything longer than 1:20 mins my iPhone says 'cannot publish ___ to YouTube (the ___ is the video name) when I'm on 3G it also does it on wifi too please help!
