supposed to be a hardware error, but my iPhone sometimes gets this issue when trying to downgrade using the shift+click or option+click way. my iPhone works fine.

Assume you got it from trying to restore your phone.

To fix it,

1. Re download the ipsw (it solved my -1 problem last time)

2. You might wanna call apple, it could be hardware.
