iPhone 5 AC port ruined - need advice

Hi there, my AC cable tip melted into the port of my iPhone. The phone works fine but I can no longer get an adapter in there. Is there any way to get that fixed, or am I screwed?
Anyone know if there are headphones and AC cables that have one end going into the USB port on the iPhone instead of the AC port?
Thanks for any tips.
