My son has an Att iphone 5 that would just randomly power off even with a good charge. I reset it in itunes and all was well for a day, then last night it was acting crazy, it was constantly powering off and on and the screen was not responsive to touch. I just held the power button down about 10 seconds and it rebooted and all seems fine now. Could a battery be the issue?
