iphone 5 + adapter (?) + (bose) sound docking system

does anyone own a sound docking system? like bose?

do you think if i'd get that adapter and place the iphone5 on top of it, it would be stable?

and would sound work via the adapter?
if not, does that mark the end of sound docking system?

any ideas?
