I saw a very nice bumper case on ebay for iPhone 5. I have a query about it. Will it cause any reception problems as the antennas on the side of the iPhone will be fully covered by Aluminium metal?

Yes. The severity of it can be negligible or render your phone unusable depending on how strong the signal is in your area.

Some kill reception some don't. As was said ^ it depends on the case and your situation. I say spend the $5 and try it. IF it's a bust you're only out a tiny bit o-cash.
