iPhone 5 and where are sounds and ringtones saved

My friend needs to reset her phone... It is running iOS 7.1. She has a phone with an e mail issue but she spends a lot of time customizing which ringtones and sounds are for which contact. Does iCloud save this info or will she have to redo it all?
 
As long as she backed everything up before she has to restore it, her ringtones should be still there once she restores back from iCloud.
 
Thank you. Will it also remember her settings like how long until she needs to use her password and the other general settings?
