I bought one when I got my Iphone 5 and I did not like at all. It messed up with the picture quality, it looked like I was looking a NO-retina-display screen. So I ended up buying just a regular screen protector. I bought the ZAAG anti glare screen protector btw.
I would highly recommend just buying the original screen protector from ZAAG. I think it is called original.

Tech Armor is my source for screen protectors. I overuse the lifetime replacements:) i have like 20 extra protectors for my iPhone 5. The company does not really check how many replacements you get. I have he clear screen protectors by the way. I also have them for the iPod touch 5, iPhone 4/4S and iPad. I have a ton of replacements for those too:)
