IPhone 5 Applecare+ Replacement

hello
i buy an iphone 5 from ebay (At&t in past and unlocked) with applecare+ but i found that the rear camera not working .i want to replace it with iphone 6.
1- can i?
2-how much it will cost?
3-i will take a unlocked iphone 6?

You can do anything you want. You'll just pay full price for the iPhone 6. :)

If you want Applecare+ to cover the issue, you'll probably get another iPhone 5.

If Applecare+ is still valid on that device and it's not a result of user damage, then free. If it IS a result of user damage, Applecare+ is still valid and the two damage incidents haven't already been used up, the cost will be $79.

You're not getting an unlocked iPhone 6 through an Applecare replacement.

You'll get an unlocked refurbished iPhone 5 in the same color you have. It will either be free of it's a warranty issue or $79 USD if it's accidental damage.

i call apple yesterday and they told me that the store can offer me an Iphone 6 for $299.
i will go to store and try
