iPhone 5 Backup Error

For the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to backup my iPhone 5 via iCloud or iTunes. Running latest ios9 and iTunes versions. Error I get when trying to backup to computer:

Error Occured.
Error Code: 100
Error Message: open_dprotected_np error: Operation not permitted (1) at path "/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoard/ApplicationShortcuts/.dat.nosync0030.aW69Hd" (MBErrorDomain/100)

I've reset all default settings, restarted iPhone/computer, cleared lockdown folder on mac

Any way around this?
