iPhone 5 battery charging

My iPhone 5 seems to charge super fast compared to my 4..

It will go from less than 5% to full charge in less than an hour on the standard charger. Does anyone think its odd? The apple store said they don't "think" there's anything wrong with it.

Yes the lightning charger really seems to be lightning quick!!

Are you guys charging via USB or plugging into an outlet? I charge mine with my computer and it definitely takes longer than an hour.

The jump in charge time between the 30-pin and the Lightning cable is quite impressive. My phone will go from completely dead to 100% in under 1 hour. I think Apple may have highlighted this at the keynote. Syncing is also a lot faster.

Always a plus. Hope the iPad next year will charge faster too with the new connector. The 3rd generation iPad takes forever to charge.

Yeah... mine charges a lot faster too which has been driving me crazy as my battery lasts like three times more than my 4S's.
