Personally, I am just going to wait for Mophie juice pack of some sort to come out for the iPhone 5. You know they are working on it and their stuff has always served me really well over the years.

I prefer an external battery pack over that. New Trent Products work flawlessly. I would recommend them over this. Just carry your lightning cord and have a small battery pack, you got yourself 5 full charges!
