iPhone 5 16 GB, brand new, from warranty, activated couple days ago.

Restored from iCloud (contact, messages)

In usage: 5h 20 min

Standby: 1 day and 23 hours

3G ON, WIFI ON, LOCATION SERVICES ON
couple calls, wifi safari browsing, checking e-mails, browsing app store, facebook app, facebook messanger app, instagram app,..

Is it good or should I restore phone as new?

I can't loose my contacts, messages/imessages, photos...

Or should I restore as new and then add my iCloud account to backup things mentioned before?

Seems OK. Keep on using it for a few weeks and some more charge cycles and keep an eye on your numbers to get a general/average over that time and see how that is as that will tell you more than one (especially newer battery) cycle.
